Drawing on my experiences as a sport junkie who played multiple sports during my athletic career, I have been using my coaching status to help athletes achieve the athleticism they strive for. In the early stages of coaching, we worked hard developing speed, strength and healthy bodies. The athletes began playing with more speed and power, but there was still a missing link. The more I studied athletes across all sports, I began to realize the difference between elite athletes and the average.
Elite players create scoring opportunities with their athletic prowess but also with their decision-making ability. Few athletes are born with this innate talent. Average players can be as fast and as strong as the elite, but need more decision-making experience to completely hone their performance.
Confidence is built through successful repetition. Studying my athletes’ in-game performance, we find the critical situations where they show limitations and we drill it thoroughly; empowering them with key decision-making skills. We are confident this is the missing link in full athletic development: strength and speed to blow by the defender, and heightened decision-making skills to be a playmaker.

As well as that we have done many P.R.I. exercises that is vital for recovery, and has made my body feel better than ever. Kyle has also helped implement many realistic goals as far as stretching/recovering, lifting, and eating go to become the best athlete possible. And I couldn’t think of anyone better to talk sports with.

Both of our kids work with Kyle to improve their skills in football, lacrosse and basketball. Coaches in travel sports often don’t have the time to work on individual skills like speed, basketball shot, running routes, etc. Kyle has filled that role for our kids and does it with knowledge, enthusiasm and encouragement. He has taken our kids abilities to another level and we can’t recommend him more highly. The kids have never once complained about going to his practices, which says something!
