Youth Sports Development

11-14 year olds

This is the ultimate program to help youth athletes maximize their athletic potential. Our athletes will develop a broad base of general and sport specific skills and implement them into live game scenarios. Confidence will soar and they will begin to succeed outside their comfort zone.

The Youth Sports Development class (ages 11-14) will be more comprehensive in its skill development.  Sport strategy will be implemented for improved instincts and decision making; and the athletes will learn weight room exercises for the strength training segment.
