I consider myself very fortunate to work in the health and fitness industry. As a personal trainer, I help people of all ages and athletic backgrounds in improving their health and in achieving their fitness goals. I’ve worked with aspiring young athletes, experienced weekend warriors, and the older crowd people to build their strength, agility, and balance. Each new client presents unique opportunities and challenges — I never take the same approach twice. My clients and I work together to solve their problems through hard work and education. I always bring 100% of my efforts to each training session and I expect the same out of each of my clients.
