Speed & Agility   

"Slow Feet Don't Eat"

Movement-based training designed to improve overall athleticism. This program focuses on developing the proper technique for athletes to improve their change of direction, acceleration, deceleration, jumping and landing ability, power, speed, strength and explosiveness. It is paramount for athletes to be able to move properly and efficiently in order to reduce the risk for injury, and optimize on-field performance.  Access to youth boxing classes included.
