Youth Boxing provides a great conditioning workout while teaching proper fundamentals and the art and science of boxing. The art of boxing increases speed, hand-eye coordination, endurance and confidence. Learning to box will have a positive effect on any other sport you play. Our instructor, who is a former professional boxer, constantly drills proper punching technique, footwork, hand-eye coordination, defensive tactics, and the correct movement patterns specific to boxing. Youth boxing is not an independent program, but it is included in our youth speed & agility program and our youth strength program.
