Katy Greenbauer’s “New Year, New You” Fitness Class!
This 8-week program will cover a variety of core, balance, plyometric, and resistance training exercises that are guaranteed to help you start the new year on the right foot.
Participants will meet early, three times per week: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 5:30am to 6:30am.
– Class starts Monday, January 8th, and ends Friday, March 2nd.
– This is a “small-group” program, limited to only 10 participants.
